Therapy Services

Art Therapy for Children

Specializing in neurodivergent children, I understand the benefit of using different forms of therapy. My philosophy is client-centred, supporting children to trust what feels right in their process and offering suggestions along the way. This can look like therapeutic play, somatic (movement) grounding and healing, playing games, painting, sculpture, story creation, sewing, or traditional talk therapy. My role is to set the stage, foster a safe environment, let the child lead where they need to go and build a therapeutic relationship.
